Compensation: $4,515 - $5,490/month ($26.05 - $31.67/hour) commensurate with experience within this range; a $50-$90/month bilingual stipend may be added depending on fluency.

Project Homekey is part of California’s emergency response to COVID-19 and provides a housing first model for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness and who are at a high risk for COVID-19. Under the general direction of the Portfolio Manager(s); oversees and coordinates all Property Management activities associated with multiple-building sites. Performs duties that contribute to the overall success of the assigned properties; including serving as the liaison between HASLO management and residents, coordinates and develops a safe and engaged community, solves practical problems and deals with a variety of unpredictable situations where limited standardization exists.

The ideal candidate will have experience in property management involving extensive public contact with diverse populations; affordable housing, and nonprofit or social service; maintenance and renovation plans; be committed to the mission of affordable housing; thrive in a high paced team environment; pay close attention to detail; possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

HASLO provides a generous benefits package, including:

Insurance Benefits: A choice of three health insurance plans including a wellness rewards program, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD and ADD plans with employee coverage fully paid by the Authority. Dependent coverage is paid by the employee via pre-tax payroll deductions.

CalPERS retirement program.

Paid Time Off per year: 15 days of vacation to start (increase as years of service increase, up to 25 days per year); 10 paid sick days; 3 floating holidays; 9 paid holidays.

A 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off.
