Local dynamic, growing software company is looking for a Customer Care Representative in their busy office
Schedule is full time, Monday-Friday.
Duties will include:
- Conducting customer satisfaction studies
- Facilitate client onboard process
- Run client training and addressing issues
- Fielding customer support calls
- Performing regular client check-ins and addressing any issues
Requirements:
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Administrative aptitude
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Some college preferred
