Backyardplus.com is currently seeking a candidate to fill a Fulfillment Administrator position in our customer service department. The individual must have great communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a willingness to be a team player in a fast-paced environment. This position is key to making our customers’ experience a pleasant one. Our Fulfillment Administrator is a key liaison between the customer, our vendors and our fulfillment department .
Responsibilities include:
Answer phones (primary) Troubleshoot customer order issues, delivery issues, warranty replacements, place orders for customers over the phone.
Process new orders for warehouse, print orders, adjust order statuses as required
Process and track backordered items for customers
Vendor supply ordering/receiving
Communicate with manufacturer re: obsolete/backordered parts and other issues as they arise
Create shipping labels for warehouse
Manage Returns, exchanges and warranty claims
Manage customercare correspondence
General office admin: filing, organizing, office supply ordering, etc.
Inventory accounting assistance
File claims with various shippers
Skills required:
Excellent phone and email customer service
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Zoom
Basic Quickbooks (preferred)
Ability to assist our warehouse

9AM TO 5PM
Starting at $17/hour
Insurance after probation period
