In this role, you’ll support daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and keep things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and assist customers with professionalism and accuracy
Handle payments over the phone
Perform data entry and scheduling tasks
Provide general office support and assist with day-to-day operations
Jump between tasks as needed—strong multitasking skills are a must!
Ideal Candidate:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Excellent communication and phone skills
Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly
Strong computer and data entry skills
Schedule:
Weekdays: 12pm–6pm (2–3 days per week)
Saturdays: 9am–2pm
Pay: $19–$22/hr DOE
