We are a marketing agency located in downtown SLO that looks for the new strategies, trends and technologies that make our clients thrive. We have an amazing portfolio of clients that we are passionate about. We work hard and have high expectations for anyone that joins our team because we believe it’s important to love what you do.
The ideal candidate is very organized, has a high standard of professionalism, is competent in prioritizing their work, can work independently or as part of a team, and knows when to ask questions.
Qualified candidates will be:
Highly competent in G-Suite, Canva, Mail Chimp, Wordpress and both eager and adept to learning the newest platform to streamline efficiencies.
Skills include formatting for bullets, indents, page breaks, knowing when to use a section break and how to create a mail-merge
Excel skills include sorting data using multiple layers, setting up formulas, basic chart creation
Experienced in posting professionally on social media, primarily Facebook and Instagram
Google docs savvy including editing text in page builders, creating pop-ups and blog posts
Bonus points for additional platforms
Experienced using CRMs such as MailChimp or Constant Contact for eblasts/newsletters
Knowledgeable about Google Drive including Docs, Sheets and Forms
Familiar with Adobe Acrobat Pro
Bonus points for being able to merge files, rotate pages, add text boxes, create forms
QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs a plus
Our agency and this position are about blending grit and glamour. This person is responsible for everything from prepping for meetings to brainstorming with us on marketing initiatives.
Applicants who have experience working in a small office and love being able to do everything from answer the phone to research travel arrangements to develop presentations are strongly encouraged to apply.
