A prominent non-profit in San Luis Obispo is currently seeking a skilled Volunteer Coordinator. Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone inquiries
- Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties
- Support diverse projects for other employees
- Greet and direct visitors
Requirements for the role:
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience, non-profit experience preferred
- Ability to use the internet for research
- General familiarity with calendar managements and scheduling appointments
- Demonstrated knowledge of report generation
- Adeptness in proofreading
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Command of meeting coordination and planning
- Solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
