B and B Collision Repair has an immediate opening for a Service Writer.
The ideal Candidate should be friendly, outgoing, organized and detail oriented. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and exhibit the ability to multi task.
Applicant should have experience with CCC One and Mitchell estimating / management systems.
I-Car certification is a plus. We will assist you in scheduling and paying for any necessary I-Car training.
Daily Job Duties: Responsibilities Include:
a) Preparing comprehensive repair estimates for Insurance carriers and walk-in customers.
b) Negotiating initial repair estimates and supplemental repair bills with insurance adjusters.
c) Assisting customers with their needs in regards to handling the claim for their vehicle repairs.
d) Communicating with clients the repair progress of their vehicles.
e) Documenting CCC One with necessary photos and details from point of check in through vehicle completion and pick up.
