The Sales Associate should be passionate about bicycles, devoted to customer service, and dedicated to completing assignments and projects. Prior retail experience is not necessary.
The ideal candidate:
Should be passionate about cycling as well as promoting the benefits of a cycling lifestyle and culture.
Must be willing to learn about bicycles, cycling accessories, and cycling culture.
Enthusiastically embraces the concept of serving the customer and providing an exceptional sales experience.
