Running Warehouse is hiring at our Retail Store!
Our retail staff excels in helping customers select the right footwear, apparel and accessories for their running goals.
Typical Duties Include:
â¢ Provide friendly, knowledgeable service for our customers in the retail store.
â¢ Greet customers, assess needs, and offer guidance.
â¢ Meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
â¢ Assist with restocking inventory.
â¢ Assist with pricing and tagging products accurately.
â¢ Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
â¢ Attend regular product training seminars with Product Knowledge Coordinator.
â¢ Be flexible during busy times by assisting more than one customer and helping fellow co-workers.
â¢ High-level verbal communication skills are essential.
â¢ Enjoys helping others and finding creative solutions for customers.
â¢ High attention to detail and organizational skills.
â¢ Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
â¢ Demonstrate professionalism with customers and co-workers.
â¢ Demonstrate ample knowledge of running products.
â¢ Weekend availability is required.
â¢ The ability to learn and work with computer software is required.
â¢ Background in sport encouraged but not required.
