SALES ASSOCIATE - RETAIL
FULL-TIME
Range Master in San Luis Obispo is one of the few places where people can come experience the thrill of hitting the target in a premier indoor shooting range; AND purchase top-quality tactical clothing, gear, and firearms.
The Range Master Sales Associate will provide customers with a unique experience that will exceed their expectations. This role is responsible for consistently selling a wide array of products while ensuring a genuine and engaging experience for every client that visits Range Master.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Extend exceptional service to customers by acknowledging and responding to all inquiries
-Must be action-oriented, safety-conscious, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers
-Consistently seek new firearms and tactical product knowledge to serve as an expert to the customers
-Adhere to company policies and guidelines to be a successful employee of the Range Master Brand
-Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
-Engage customers in a genuine manner that will differentiate the Range Master experience from any other
-Execute operational tasks when needed and as directed
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:
-At least 2 years of sales experience is preferred
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and salesmanship skills
-Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
-Knowledge of and passion for firearms, safety, tactical clothing and gear
-At least 21 years old and able to meet federal and state requirements for handling and processing firearms/ammunition transactions
-Able to pass a drug test
NOTE: MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Store hours are Monday-Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sundays by appointment. Flexibility in scheduling and ability to work weekends, as needed, is a must.
