Miner's Ace Hardware is a Family-Owned Business on the beautiful Central Coast of California. We operate 7 stores on the Central Coast and one store in Ventura County. Our mission is to create an innovative retail environment where customers want to shop and employees want to work.
Must have a current valid CA driver's license and be eligible for the company's automobile insurance plan.

Major Responsibilities:
Good attitude and a smile
Customer service and good work ethic
Must be able to present valid proof of ability to drive in California
Load and unload customer orders
Display and cleanliness of facility
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 40 pounds frequently to load and unload customer orders.
Ability to lift 90 pounds and carry 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff and customers.
Ability to bend and twist, push and pull, stoop, and kneel.
Ability to ascend and descend ladder.
