SEPHORA Transforming Beauty: is looking for an enthusiastic leadership/Keyholder candidate for our San Luis Obispo location. This leadership/Keyholder position will report to the Store Manager and is responsible for opening/closing the store, leading the sales team, and managing daily operations.
You will be on the sales floor most of the time leading the team in sales and client service, you will also be applying makeup and or skincare, assisting at cash registers and helping stock the store, clean and assign duties to store associates. We are a very busy retail store with many responsibilities, expectations and a lot of coaching/receiving feedback. You will also be in charge of operational duties such as shipment, updates, and organization of the store.

What we are looking for:
Minimum of 2-3 years management/leadership experience
Experience and comfort with motivating, directing, and coaching a team
Someone who is self motivated, positive, driven, kind, selfless and loves to smile!
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Must provide at least 2 professional references
Must pass a thorough background check

Bilingual a plus
