Looking to hire immediately for a Quality control specialist. In order to be consider for the position you must have a B.S in a Science realated degree or have quality control experience. Job duties include: Perform inspections and tests on raw materials and QC samples to support the manufacture. Communicate results to Manufacturing, Quality and other departments as necessary. Perform in-process inspections and testing and accurately document results. Communicate with Manufacturing to ensure timely response. Initiate corrective action for any compliance issues. Trend QC test data to evaluate the effectiveness of test methodologies and potential compliance issues. Inspect finished products to specifications and coordinate the release and transfer of Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) with Manufacturing. Oversee the maintenance of device history file documentation to completion. Monitor QC equipment and instrumentation. Assist in the revision and origination of Quality Control documentation as necessary.
