This position is responsible for the overall operation of our service department, leading a team of dedicated technicians who are tasked with providing a high level of customer service, and product support. Our ideal candidate must be a positive and a motivated leader who is experienced in training, and mentoring staff. Technical expertise and knowledge is highly desirable as well.

Requirements
#1. Supervisory experience in a team environment
#2. Mechanical and technical knowledge inclined
#3. Strong focus on quality assurance, time and project management
#4. Excellent communication skills
#5. Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suites, and QuickBooks
#6. Be able to occasionally travel with our event teams providing technical support
#7. Experience using two-way radios desirable
#8. Off-road enthusiast a plus
