Our company is looking to fill this unique position with a self-starter that has an eye for detail. The Day Porter will work 40 hours/week independently and will need to be able to maintain our San Luis Obispo Properties. This is a general maintenance position for one property but, no day will be the same.
Day Porters are often the unseen heroes of a facility. We have a great property in San Luis Obispo County in need of a Full time Day porter that will keep outdoor areas of the shopping center clean, safe and running smoothly. Duties will include graffiti removal, trash pick-up, window washing, painting curb lines and many other general maintenance duties. You will work closely with Property Management.
Position requires that you work independently and are self-motivated. Please have an attention to detail.
No special tools required.
Position available through privately owned commercial property maintenance company. Our office is located in Arroyo Grande with job sites located throughout the central coast.
Must have reliable transportation.
