Seeking top level plumber. Master Plumber, Journeyman Level Plumber, or Dedicated Tradesman, or Plumbing Subcontractor to lead projects, work with team members to facilitate and perform all job duties, manage workflow, delegate to other tradesman and colleagues. Applicant must be clean, polite, and courteous. Applicant must be able to receive and give direction. Able to perform under stressful situation. Have the ability to be self reliant and also work well with others. Be willing to perform duties beyond plumbing at times, possibly assist with management, administrative duties, implementation of useful industry technologies, streamline business operations, be flexible and have the ability to grow and have an open mind as to the potential to the future of a company in the general plumbing industry but also developing new industries. There is no limit to the potential of this position given the right candidate. Personal truck and or tools is fine, otherwise truck and tools will be provided. General work includes residential new construction/remodels/additions/& projects, light commercial, some underground plumbing, service plumbing and diagnostics, rural plumbing applications with pumps/tanks/wells on a variety of applications, some AG plumbing at times.
