Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily SCRUM, sprint retrospective, and other project ceremonies.
Focus on streamlining the development process.
Experience transitioning organizations from waterfall to Agile working.
Manage product backlog with the Product Owners and business partners to better understand dependencies between tasks and teams.
Ability to work independently and plan and manage multiple assignments.
Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution between team members and Product Owners.
Communicate with other teams and management on progress ensuring the transparency of the team.
Be a self-starter and willing to ask questions and create and document solutions.
Be at ease interacting with all levels of the organization.
Be obsessed with delivering high quality products and services within tight timelines
Highly organized with oral and written skills.
5+ years' experience working as SCRUM Master.
Experience working in logistics, transportation or warehousing environment is a plus.
Comfortable conducting / leading sessions in person, or in video or phone conference calls.
Experience working with distributed application development teams.
Certified Scrum Professional.
Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
College degree required. STEM major preferred
Project Management experience a plus
Experience with data integration projects a plus
Experience using JIRA is a plus

As SCRUM Master, you will work closely with multiple development, infrastructure, and product teams to guide solution development within our core systems. You will participate in the prioritization, planning and execution of development sprints as well as help design and define our Agile best practices and processes. You will be a core team member for the Solution Design team focused on customer onboarding, system enhancements and strategic initiatives. We ensure that the development pipeline keeps moving and delivering high quality systems to satisfy our customer's needs.
