Define, document, and manage requirements. Create and manage business analysis lifecycle documents such as functional requirements specifications and integration requirements specifications. Interact successfully with internal stakeholders, research users, software engineering team and support personnel to develop scope documents, design documents, storyboards, and process flow diagrams including facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

In-Depth experience in creating and documenting detailed requirements for business processes
Ability to analyze and define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for developers
Hands-on experience creating use case scenarios based on user requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to follow through process and attention to detail
Trained to work both independently and in a team setting
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer centric approaches
Good communicator with active listening skills
Demonstrated fluency in tools like MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Lucid Chart, JIRA and Confluence
