No Sub-contracting ! Direct W/2 only! Must be local to the Bay area to be onsite when Covid clears ! This is NOT a Senior Project Manager need.
Mid level IT Project Manager:
Must have managed Agile projects end to end.
Works with Senior Project Manager to develop and maintain the business case and charter
Works with team members to develop and track the project plan (including timelines/Schedule adherence)
Help with Facilitation and team discussions
Responsible for Project Risk maintenance and lesson learned regular review
Maintain Public and Team Drives
Maintain and review team related gsheets (e.g. Workload and Wellbeing, Distribution List, Drive access)
Steering Committee preparation facilitation
Training Coordinator Support
Provide Initial Onboarding process (access and overview of content)
Maintain Calendars
Skills: Excellent focus on customer service

• Ability to organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects with various scopes simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced ability with office productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, MS Project a plus)
• PMI PMP/CAPM certification or equivalent preferred
