Duties: Perform sample preparation for single cell RNA Sequencing, library prepartion and QC, reagent validation and protocol optimization.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Team Oriented, dependable, self starter. Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instruction. Able to apply analytical skills and judgment in assessing the quality of assay data and assay performance. Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task, and meet timelines efficiently and productively. Experience in library preparation for next generation sequencing in-depth single cell RNAseq (scRNAseq) and multi-color flow cytometry (FACS).
Education: The candidate must have BS/MS degree in chemistry, biochemistry or biology. Preferably 3+ years experience .
