We are searching for an IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team, gRED IT LEAP (

Lab Engineering, Automation and Productivity), and support this lab data management platform (called Ana2) as it is developed and deployed across hundreds of instruments throughout our organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability and support of Ana2 while also building its brand and reputation across gRED.
Responsibilities
Plan large scale product client deployments, collect necessary information, manage customer relationships, identify and mitigate risks
Manage product client deployment / support calendar and time slots of support technicians, potentially early / late off-hours
Actively monitor stability of production system and escalate issues as required
Monitor support email and provide first level support and triage as appropriate
Retain active relationships with product team and development to appropriately source support for escalated support issues
Monitor customer interest forms and manage reachout and meetings
Collect user feedback and user stories useful for marketing and branding
Contribute in roadmap discussions and strategy sessions providing voice of business
Clearly communicate, keeping IT and the customer apprised of developments and requirements, key metrics
Collaborate with the product team and developers. Must build strong relationships with our science customers
Perform knowledge transfer for user training and support teams
Analyze and document current and future business process models
Analyze and document requirements (scope), business rules (use cases)
Analyze and document support requirements (from business needs perspective)
Who you are
5+ years of business system analysis and support experience in a technology and/or research environment
Proven relationship management experience
Ability to manage a timeline and meet deadlines
Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
Familiarity with lab environment and culture
Knowledge data integrity practices and data management systems
Large project implementation experience in a matrixed IT organization
