Exciting Direct Hire Opportunity!

This is a morning shift position. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm

An innovative company with a culture that rewards innovation, quality and sustainability is in need of an Inventory Clerk

Essential responsibilities

Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions within the ERP system.

Cycle Counting of SKU’s to confirm physical counts match ERP counts.

Work closely with all departments to resolve inventory discrepancies and reconcile as needed.

Maintain and update inventory records.

Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures.

Report any stock issues to management and make recommendations of product orders as necessary.

Prepare a list of depleted products and a survey of unusable products.

Responsible for compliance with food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.

Adhere to applicable prerequisite programs (PRP) per HACCP requirement.

Knowledge Skills and abilities needed

Knowledge of Inventory process.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience working with internal customers.

Ability to function with minimal supervision.

PC proficiency required, especially Windows-based programs such as Microsoft Office Suite. WMS and ERP experience a plus.
