Fast paced work environment looking for Extensive knowledge of Quickbooks. The individual must be business minded, responsible, self- motivated and take directions. Must communicate and work well with others. Duties include providing accounting support to owners.
Requirements:
Extensive Knowledge of Quickbooks
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook a plus
Type 50 wpm
Fluent on ten key
Proven work experience in office or administration
Knowledge of office procedures
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communication
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to stay focused on assigned task
Discretion and Confidentiality
High School Diploma
Self-Motivated and Business Minded
Punctual
Ability to:
Enter Customer and account data within time limits
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare data source
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
Update and maintain information for company transactions and files
Provide general support for visitors
Attention to detail and problem - solving skills with little supervision
A Plus:
Bi-lingual a plus
Ability to strategically plan and offer advice to management for business proficiency within department a plus
