Key Responsibilities
Oversee all operational aspects of the farm/business, including production, logistics, and maintenance.
Develop and implement operational plans to meet production and quality targets.
Manage staff schedules, performance, and training to ensure a motivated and efficient workforce.
Monitor budgets, inventory, and procurement to maintain cost-effective operations.
Ensure compliance with all agricultural, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with senior management on strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
5+ years’ experience in operations or management within the agricultural or food production sector.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on results and accountability.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with agricultural management software, logistics systems, or ERP tools (an advantage).
