Ace Towing is seeking a skilled individual for a full time Dispatch position AAA D3 experience a plus. Although experience is preferred, we are willing to train an individual that possesses the ability to multi-task, handle a fast paced environment with a positive attitude.
*MUST be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.*
Bilingual a plus
Summary:
Assigns proper truck and driver for pickup, recovery and/or storage of broken-down, damaged, impounded or abandoned vehicles.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Answer phones in a timely friendly and professional manner. Investigate their needs to dispatch the proper truck.
Monitor and dispatch all calls from our computer program/system.
Keep accurate records of drivers arrival and departure times, tow destinations, COD charges, clearing all calls with accurate documentation.
Use GPS tools to track location of our vehicles for prompt dispatch with no delays in providing service.
Exchange information with dispatcher during shift change to ensure they are informed and ready for business.
