Review completed work for content errors or duplicate values before presenting the final product
Survey reports and sheets of data
Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
Create notes of tasks, files, and progress
Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources
Explore the internet for information
Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
Requirements
Database management experience preferred
Email experience highly desired
Proven knowledge of filing
Quality experience with Numeric 8,001 - 10,000 KPH
Earlier work involving records maintenance
navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word
Deep understanding of data entry
General familiarity with MS Outlook
Alpha 8,001 - 10,000 kph experience
Wide ranging experience with order entry
Good understanding of typing 45 - 60 words per minute
Demonstrated typing accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
