Job Title: Server

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Customer Service:

Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and ensure accurate order placement.

Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and with attention to detail.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and drink offerings.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and accurate service.

Process customer payments, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change.

Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Ensure tables are properly set up with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Skills Set:

Minimum of 1 year of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp and memorize the menu.

Understanding of different types of alcohol and their appropriate service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail in order taking, order delivery, and payment processing.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Crafting:

Prepare a diverse range of sushi and sashimi dishes with precision and creativity.

Ensure top-notch quality and freshness of ingredients through meticulous selection.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team for seamless meal production and service.

Skills:

Proven Sushi Chef with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience.

Extensive knowledge of various sushi types and proficiency in traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine.

Understanding of different fish types and expertise in their proper care for sushi preparation.

In-depth knife skills, showcasing precision, efficiency, and safety awareness.

Proficient in cutting vegetables, creating diverse sauces, and breaking down fish.

Application of FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the kitchen team.

Punctual and reliable, respecting team schedules.
