Responsibilities:
*The Cook is responsible for preparation and cooking of food products and for the care and cleanliness of the equipment in the kitchen area.
*The Cook will monitor shortening levels, conditioning and filtering throughout the day.
*A qualified candidate will be responsible for keeping fresh product available and for monitoring holding times on products
*Our Cooks work as part of a team that provides excellent service and high-quality food in a clean, friendly and fun atmosphere.
*Cooks are also responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of food preparation area, storage areas, including interior and exterior of restaurant, equipment, and utensils.

Salary: $13.00/hour +
Must be 18+
