We have a long-term, locum tenens position that is available in starting in March to work at a correctional facility in Stockton, CA. Please read the following before expressing interest in being a candidate for this job:
Dentists MUST be available on a consistent weekly basis - this position is 40-hours (4-10's), Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday work schedule from 6am - 4pm. This position assignment period has an estimated contract length of 4 months (may be subject to change). Dentist candidates must have a minimum of 1 year general dentistry experience.
The scope of work is to perform routine procedures, including partials, dentures, surgical extractions, and some anterior and premolar endodontics. There will be a registered dental assistant available for all procedures.
CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS - Please be ready to provide the following:
(1) CA Dental License in Good Standing
(2) CV/Resume
(3) DEA
(4) CPR must be from either the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
(5) 3 Dental Professional References (written and signed by a peer or supervising dentist).
(6) Photo ID
