Licensed Program Manager - NEW Community Based Justice Involved ProgramFounded in 1965, Telecare is a rapidly growing mental health care company dedicated to making a difference for our clients, the community, and our employees. This involves ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements. Additionally, the Administrator collaborates with all corporate departments and outside consultants and represents the Program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups. Telecare is hiring staff for two new programs in Stockton, CA. Telecare San Joaquin Connect I serves adults within a high -fidelity ACT model, and Telecare San Joaquin Connect II, a program serving adults with justice system involvement, each will provide outpatient services to 50 members. Team members will do "whatever it takes" to reduce hospitalizations, homelessness, and involvement in the criminal justice system, while improving health, including behavioral health, and social outcomes for members. Services will include clinical interventions, such as multidisciplinary assessment and treatment, 24/7/365 crisis intervention, medication support, and integrated co-occurring substance abuse treatment, as well as non-mental health support in such areas as community integration, housing, employment and education, transportation, and benefits. We place a strong emphasis on developing prosocial skills, integrating members into their communities, and empowering them to build natural supports outside the traditional mental health system. Qualified applicants will have experience serving adults involved with the criminal justice system as well as overseeing teams providing high-fidelity ACT services. Join our team!QUALIFICATIONSRequired:o Masters in Social Services with a California state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD)o Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care settingo Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing Understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy Must be at least 21 years of age Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
