We are a small medical office in Tracy looking for a medical/clerical assistant. This is a FULL-TIME position on 9:30-5:00. The schedule may change.
This is more of a clinical position helping patients and doctors in the clinic. Spanish fluency is needed.
No college placement officials please.
Job Duties Include:
- Greet patients and take information
- Enter patient information into computer system
- Room patients
- Clean rooms
- Operate autoclave
- Manage supplies
- Assist doctor and manager as requested
- Schedule patients over the phone
- Lift 30 pounds
- Translate Spanish/English
Additional Skills Desired:
- Experience communicating with insurance companies or billing
- Excel spreadsheet experience (actual use on job)
- EMR software
