Full time experienced Recruiter needed for Multi Region Transportation placement company in Manteca

Recruit drivers for Northern/Central California and the pacific northwest
Full life cycle recruiting from posting ads all the way through to offer acceptance
Place job postings, call previous applicants, collect all DOT needed docs for hire
Must be able to work in a high call volume environment making 80-100 calls a day at minimum and managing multiple candidate files at once.

Minimum Hiring Experience A minimum of 1 years of recent experience in recruiting or HR role related to hiring and sourcing candidates.
Proficient in Microsoft suite, as well as comfortable navigating a computer and internet browsers.
Proven problem solver and innovator in creating solutions to problems or challenges.
Bi Lingual a plus but not required.
Experience or exposure to DOT credentialing and the trucking industry a HUGE plus.
