We are looking for Concrete Workers with Concrete Finishing and Form Setting Experience.
Classification: Non-Exempt
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Leveling, spreading and smoothing concrete using rake, shovel, power or hand trowel/screed and other tools.
- Setting the forms that hold the concrete to the desired pitch/depth, and being able to align them.
- Checking forms that hold the concrete to make sure they are properly constructed.
- Erecting forms for concrete.
- Tying rebar when required.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Follow direction of the Superintendent/General Superintendent with regards to daily production schedule and activities.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must know how to do both concrete finishing and form setting.
- 5 plus years experience needed.
- Knowledge of structural carpentry a plus.
- Knowledge of ADA guidelines a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Walking/Standing/Bending for long periods of time.
- Perform strenuous physical labor in outdoor elements.
- Open to travel in Southern and Northern, CA.
- Must be able to work weekends and/or overtime when needed.
- Must have valid DL.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test/physical/background check.
