PME ( Property Maintenance Experts) is a locally owned company located in Stockton, CA. We are looking for a property maintenance person able to perform general maintenance, repairs and painting for residential and commercial buildings as needed. The position demands a multi-talented, self-motivated person to perform various jobs. These include repairs of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, texturing, general construction and various other types of work, as determined necessary.
Responsibilities:
⢠Perform general maintenance tasks requested or assigned.
⢠Submit completed work orders timely and accurately
⢠Know and use all appropriate safety and protective equipment and supplies when working.
⢠Must be able to troubleshoot, identify problems and repair
⢠Must be able to perform physical duties including lifting/carrying up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
⢠Computer skills desired
⢠Good oral and written skills
⢠Must have valid CA drivers license
⢠Must have own set of tools
⢠Must own pick up truck with valid registration and insurance
