Our positions make excellent part-time or second jobs. While the job is not strenuous, you will have to move consistently for up to four hours. It does involve 3-4 hours of walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds. The job may include trash removal, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning of restrooms.
Duties include:
- Conducting major cleaning of assigned facilities.
- Service, clean, and replenish restroom supplies.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Maintain furnishings by cleaning, dusting, and polishing furniture, woodwork, metal work, and cabinets.
- Empty & clean waste receptacles & transport trash & waste to disposal areas.
- Turn out lights & lock doors.
- Check & maintain operational condition of cleaning equipment.
Required:
- You must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug test.
- Must have a valid California Driver's License.
