Job Title: Telecom Aerial Lineman
We are a small underground construction company that is looking for experienced aerial lineman and groundman
Requirements and Experience
Primary Duties Include:
⢠Understand how to read and construct from a design schematic of map
⢠Construction and repair of overhead RF and Fiber service
⢠Understand all inventory and equipment required for these projects
⢠Ability to climb poles with climbing equipment safely
⢠Move and relocate RF and Fiber service
⢠Familiar with NESC (National Electrical Safety Commission) safety guidelines
⢠Flagger Certified for field work as needed
⢠Ability to troubleshoot RF and Fiber line and or equipment issues
⢠Lead teams in the field effectively and efficiently as needed and directed by supervisor
Certified on the use of equipment:
⢠Line truck
⢠Bucket truck
⢠Cable Reel equipment
⢠Saws and drills
Requirements:
⢠A can do attitude
⢠3 plus years' experience as lineman preferable
⢠Must have a good driving record with less than 2 points. Prefer Class A license,
⢠Pre-Employment Background check and drug screening

Requirements and Experience:
Primary Duties Include Ground Support for Aerial Lineman While Performing:
⢠Construction and repair of overhead RF and Fiber service
⢠Pole climbing with climbing equipment
⢠Moving and relocating RF and Fiber service
Preferably Familiar With:
⢠NESC (National Electrical Safety Commission) safety guidelines
⢠Flagging for field work as needed
⢠Troubleshooting RF and Fiber line and or equipment issues
⢠Line truck and Bucket truck Functions and Safe Practices
⢠Cable Reel equipment
⢠Saws, drills, and various other hand tools and equipment
Requirements:
⢠A can-do attitude
⢠3 plus years' experience as groundman preferable
⢠Must have a good driving record with less than 2 points. Prefer Class A license,
⢠Pre-Employment Background check and drug screen
