We specialize in industrial and commercial new construction, redevelopment and renovation for Fences.

We have a Rental Department (Fence & Potty Units) that is growing along with our company.

We are seeking a full time, friendly, mature, reliable, and strong team player to join our Rentals Department.

Duties include, but not limited too:

Provide clients with Rental quotes for Temporary Fence Rentals & Potty Units (Training will be provided)

Problem Solving skills, sound judgment and decision-making skills is a plus.

Willing to work in a team environment.

Receive and process credit card payments.

Provide clients with Rental quotes for Temporary Fence Rentals & Potty Units

Answer client enquiries regarding invoices or other billing related questions; send information to clients as

requested.

Answer client enquiries regarding service issues.

Perform functions related to maintaining clients’ files and records.

Print and prepare work orders / appointments for technicians.

Assist ‘walk-in’ clients as needed.

Collaborate with other office staff to complete daily clerical duties that are assigned.

Confirm appointments with clients as needed.

Must know QuickBooks Program

Operate standard office equipment to include:

Computer/printer

Photocopy/fax machine

Calculator

Facsimile machine

Multiline telephone

Word / Excel (is a plus)

Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7:00am -4:00pm

Must speak English & Spanish
