Job Description

We are seeking a Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join our team! we are looking for hardworking, self motivated and have excellent customer services skills. THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Training for the first few weeks will be provided.

Interior Designer skills is a PLUS.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet and greet and walk customers in the showroom.

Plan and schedule appointments

Answer incoming calls, screen to determine purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel.

Provide over the phone Estimates if needed.

Filing, documenting customer calls.

Calling vendors for order updates/remakes and providing updates to customers.

Sign/Receive shipment.

Process customer purchase orders, generating invoices, closing shipments, scanning and so on.

Collect and post payments

QUALIFICATIONS

Positive attitude

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent written and verbal skills

Accurate typing and computer skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Self motivated

Able to multi task
