Operations Manager:

Property Upsurge is a dynamic, local real estate investment firm that is growing in the Contra Costa Bay Area, specifically in the Antioch/Pittsburg market and beyond. We broker new real estate deals, perform the revitalization of dilapidated properties, and run a property management company. Our company has an upbeat, exciting culture and no two days are the same in our organization. We are looking for an individual to lead our company into the future. The candidate we are looking for must be HIGHLY motivated, like working in an entrepreneurial environment, have a "tool belt" (work at ground zero to learn the concept) mentality, and be willing to put in the time it will take to create success for themselves and the company as a whole.

Responsibilities:

Leasing: You must lead the company in leasing all our vacant residential and commercial properties.

Professionally answering the phone, while offering the type of customer service that people want to tell their friends about.

Composing and writing routine correspondence both through email and letter formats to our investor clients. Your vocabulary and grammar should be exemplary, impressing anyone on the receiving end with your writing skills.

Manage staff, vendors, clients, and tenants in a professional and motivational manner. You have a "high five" mentality 100% of the time.

Manage the escrow transaction coordination. No document will slip through your watch and you will ensure that you are proactively exceeding every deadline.

Construction/Maintenance. You will manage our efforts in ensuring that our response time is quick and that we are doing ever job in a cost effective manner.

Maintaining filing system in a detailed manner. You will ensure that our paperless filing system is always complete and that things are filed in an organized and timely manner.

Marketing: You will ensure that our online marketing efforts are always up to date and are putting our best foot forward when trying to lease our properties.

Qualifications:

You must be a very motivated, high energy person who is excited about your job every day.

You must want to come in early to work and leave late; not because you are asked to, but because you have a passion for success.

You must have a bachelor's degree.

You must have a proven track record illustrating your organizational and general business skills.

You must possess the ability to keep a high level of confidentiality and embrace exceptional integrity.

You must have a proven track record of offering high quality customer service in a demanding environment.

You must be a team player.

You must be a very proactive, solution-based thinker with the outlook of always being results driven.

You must be a proven multi-tasker, with a strict attention to detail.

You must have a current CA real estate license or be willing to work hard to obtain one.

You must possess high proficiencies in all the latest technologies.
