Responsibilities: Identifying industry business opportunities by identifying potential clients and evaluating their position in the industry; Utilizing sales planning tools and the pipeline management process to exceed business objectives and goals Maintaining relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities. Penetrating existing client base and increasing revenue Meeting minimum standards for calls, quotes and sales quotas. Conducting calls and face-to-face meetings with customers Identifying improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors; maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards Responding to customer requests and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets within a specified time frame Working with various teams to ensure proper customer service is being delivered Maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude in a highly intense environment.
