JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales Associate must be able to provide customers with an outstanding sales experience. Must be able to provide solutions for customers service and product needs. You must be able to participate in outbound activities that market our brand and products to bring in new customers. You must also reach personal sales goals. Sales Associates will be trained to answer any service and product questions and will be responsible to be well informed of any future products.
Job Duties
Greet Customers
Open/Close store following all procedures.
Maintain High customers services goals.
Sales/Activate services that meet the customer's needs
Cleaning, stocking, answer phones, counting inventory and update any phone pricing.
Marketing, passing flyers and participating in city events.
Follow all of the companies rules and regulations.
Meet monthly self-quota.
Any additional task may be assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, or equivalent.
Reliable transportation
Be able to use the basic functions of a computer
Must be able to multi-task
Flexible schedule of availability to support traditional retail hours that include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Part-time job but can turn into full-time
