Small family owned computer repair and IT consulting business hiring for an experienced technician to join our nerd team! This could become a full time position for the right candidate. Position may require some travel to onsite locations.
Desired candidate will posses critical thinking skills, attention to detail, ability to write well organized and detailed notes, and communicate with customers with a varying degree of computer knowledge.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
. Provide customer service and support including remote access, over the phone and in person
. Assemble and configure new desktop computers, gaming PC's and servers
. Perform PC or Mac desktop and laptop diagnostic, repair and upgrade
. Repair laptops, tablets, netbooks, iPads and iPhones
. Repair/service inkjet, laser and dot matrix printers
. General office duties including inventory and warranty service
Requirements:
. Motivated and self-directed
. Excellent customer service skills
. Applicant must be willing to work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays
. Have valid CA driver's license and proof of insurance
. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
. Willing to travel
. Stand up and work up to 8 hours
. Pass background screening
Certifications:
A+ and Network + (not required)
