Mike's Auto Body, has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for EXPERIENCED ESTIMATORS in Antioch, California.
This is a sales advisor and technical position.
Responsibilities
Create repair estimates for collision damaged vehicles
Map, image, triage, and blueprint vehicles for repair
Bill, negotiate, and follow guidelines per insurance specific repairs
Work closely with technicians to assure proper repair/replace methods are followed and billed accordingly
Manage Time to meet customer expectations and on-time delivery of repaired vehicles
Update Customer on vehicle progress
Requirements
3+ years of automotive collision damage estimating experience
Knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
I-CAR certification preferred
Proficient with Computers, as well as CCC, Audatex, or Mitchell Estimating Software
Excellent Customer Service skills
Automotive knowledge/background
Excellent Prior work references
Valid driver's license
