A growing commercial refrigeration construction/service company in Modesto, CA is looking for immediate hire, a full-time CARPENTER. The ideal candidate will need to have at least 3-5 years of carpentry experience, be dependable, a team player, and have good attendance.
Requirements:
3 - 5+ years of carpentry experience
Must be willing to travel and work occasional overtime/weekend hours.
Must have a valid driver's license (clean record) and willing to drive to all job sites.
Preferred training includes: OSHA 10 card, scissor cert, reach lift cert, CPR & First aid.
Responsibilities:
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Frame, panel, remodel, refinish new and old construction
Knowledge in metal framing, basic electrical, basic plumbing, drywall installation and tape and texture.
Building corporate offices and bathrooms
Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Qualifications:
Much be mechanically-inclined and know how to work with various tools and machines
Detail oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Great communication skills
