Delta Glass was established in 1955 and is a trusted glass company in the Stockton and surrounding areas. We have stable year-round work with 95% of the work completed in Stockton and surrounding areas. Delta Glass is open Monday- Friday from 8am-4:30pm, Closed Saturday and Sunday.
2+ YEARS OF GLAZING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ONLY CANIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED
Candidates for this position are required to demonstrate the following abilities to be considered for an interview.
Have a professional and positive attitude with coworkers and customers.
Communicate efficiently with customers and have exceptional customer service skills.
Load required job materials (heavy lifting required) on vehicle(s) including tools and paperwork,
safety equipment, etc.
Replace glass in different style windows and doors (single & dual pane, steel & wood putty, commercial glass)
Must have knowledge in installing new or replacement windows and doors, shower enclosures and
commercial systems
Ability to cut glass, plastic and laminated glass to the specified size
Ability to multi-task, read a tape measure and to properly use hand tools.
Install all products and services included in the work order, troubleshoot, and strive to resolve any
installation problems that might occur on-site
Pay strong attention to detail
Follow all safety precautions and measures
Be able to work independently or in a team setting.
Work well under pressure
Work overtime when needed (occasionally)
At Delta Glass you must be able to work independently or as part of a team, able to follow instructions, must be organized, responsible, extremely reliable and have a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a drug test!
