The Field Service Technician is responsible for loading and unloading carbon vessels, deliveries, solving obstacles on job sites. This position can be field-based or located out of our facility in Stockton, CA.
Essential Responsibilities:
Driving a Tanker (this position requires a Class A License with Tanker Endorsement)
Perform service jobs per Company’s policies and vision
Responsible for filter and media removal and loading
Travel to job sites with service personnel with active involvement in all services
Load carbon tanks for delivery to job sites and customers
Shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing carbon tanks and equipment
Requirements:
Preference to those with Activated Carbon sales or service experience.
Proven work experience in a service-related industry
Expertise in warehousing and service practices
Must have an acceptable motor vehicle history
Class A Commercial Driver’s License with tanker endorsement is required.
Ability to work unsupervised and lead workers both onsite and offsite
Must have strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
