We are looking for a hard working, dedicated team player who possesses a positive attitude to work as a Service Manager.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:
* 3 to 5 years experience
* Must have experience in handling Service Calls
* Must be able to quote out estimates
* Must be able to multitask (answering calls, giving customer updates, email follow up, etc.) while updating our BI system and comply with shop notes throughout the day
* Dependable and flexible (may be asked to cover Saturdays and or cover different shifts when needed)
* Must be able to delegate and manage work for approx. 6 to 10 mechanics and hand out manageable work to each.
* Must be able to follow up and finalize PO's issued
* Handle any request by management and customers in a timely manner.
