Your specific responsibilities will be to:Create content on SalesForce Knowledge Management. Specific types of articles may include: API reference guideTutorials Videos FAQsGather raw data, from other documentation or colleagues, for inclusion into KM contentManage and Update existing content, including Article review and obsolescence assessment Document changes and updates Document retirementOperate in a fast-paced development environment, balancing changing priorities Communicate with product team and platform engineering leads, surfacing issues as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor? Degree with at least 1 year experience in relevant area, technical writing and documentation Experience on modern authoring tools (written documentation as well as video) Excellent written and oral communication skills Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams Ability to meet multiple, tight deadlines Portfolio examples of top-notch documentation Knowledge of RESTful APIs, XML, JSON is a big plus Experience with online retail, ecommerce is a plusJustification: This is a job posting for Item Store/Marketplace.
