An advanced knowledge in using a variety of techniques to develop instructional materials and leveraging technology to deliver them is a must. You will need experience in graphic design and instructional content design. The ideal candidate will understand the needs of accessibility, usability, and the experience of design.
You will interact with other teams outside of Learning and Development, where collaboration, clear communication and organization are crucial. The ability to handle multiple projects within a tight time frame is important. You will need to thrive within a complex, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Interact with the stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs
Design and develop new or update existing training content for multiple platforms (eLearning, ILT, VILT)
Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc)
Develop and maintain existing Keynotes, iBooks, and other interactive job-aids
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
Proficiency in Apple productivity tools (iBooks Author, Keynote, Pages)
Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (Captivate, Storyline)
Exceptional design and and graphics production skills
Education in Instructional Design and Technology
Experience with HTML, UI/UX design a plus
