Junior UX Designer for 5G Deployment Team (REMOTE)

We’re looking for someone that has been in Software Development and has some UX experience in the Tech industry.

Responsibilities:
• Works on a UX team that drives user-centered designs; translates user and business needs, and technical capabilities into dynamic and innovative products that provide the best possible user experience using Design thinking methodology.
• Work under direction of Senior Designer(s) to create low and high fidelity mockups and prototypes for new applications, features, and user stories that align with existing product portfolio both visually and in terms of interactions, workflows, navigation, etc.
• Actively participates in requirements review sessions involving Product managers, frontend and backend engineers, technical marketing engineers and end-users.
• May conduct user research through various stages of the product lifecycle on critical workflows, primarily lean UX task usability research using mocks and prototypes.
• Follows visual design guidelines, existing patterns/standards, and design.
• Work closely with UI front end and architects to deliver the final product, including conducting UX reviews and participation in demos throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills:
• 1-3 years of experience working in interaction design, UI design for web-based (desktop) enterprise products.
• 1-3 years of Web-based software-user interfaces.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of networking domain, and specifically 5G deployment and Life cycle operation, slicing, policy & assurance/monitoring.
• Experience with data rich applications and/or highly technical concepts and workflows (i.e. financial, network management, big data, etc.)
